Trey Erb is a Wealth Management Advisor at Vincita Investment Partners. Trey brings more than decade of industry experience to the team, most recently having been a Senior Advisor at Forvis Mazars.

Trey’s ability to build repeatable processes for both his team and clients to follow is a big part of his success. He gains great joy from being able to listen deeply to his clients, understanding their concerns, goals, and point of view to drive a deeper connection and mutual success. This focuses on listening and using processes as a road map for action give his client’s confidence in reaching their goals.

Trey has spent time in his career at both large corporations and small family run businesses. Additionally, as he grew through his career, he was able to collaborate with businesses and clients of various net worths and corporate structures. He is excited to be joining the Vincita team and build a best-in-class experience for all the clients we work with, utilizing all that he has learned.  

Trey graduated from Clemson University with a Marketing degree. After working for several years, he went back to school while working full-time and attained a master’s degree in Family and Financial Planning from the University of Georgia. After completing his degree, Trey completed the process to become a CFP® professional.

Outside of work, Trey is actively involved in his community. He has served on the board of the Downtown Greensboro Rotary Club for several years and served as the club president in 2024-2025. Some of the favorite community service projects he participated in have been with community housing solutions and the Out of the Garden Project.

Trey and his wife, Ashley, moved to Greensboro in 2021 from the Philadelphia area. They have two young boys and Trey loves being a father. When not at children’s activities, you can find Trey on the golf course, attending college football games at his alma mater, or catching a show at the Tanger Center on Sunday nights!
